2023 Annual Inspection- Reminder

2023 Annual Inspection- Reminder

Hello Oak Creek Residents,

Annual property inspections for 2023 have begun! I will be in the Main Gate and Church Road community starting August 30, 2023.

Postcard reminders will be sent out to each community.

As a member of Oak Creek, your role is very valuable in the overall aesthetics of the community. Property ownership includes the responsibility for maintaining all structures and grounds that are part of the owners’ homes.

Each year at this time, several architectural violations are reported to the HOA. Spring is the perfect time to take a proactive approach to avoid violations. Please be aware that outstanding and repeat violations may result in possible fines. Each home will be inspected in detail for architectural compliance.

Below is a checklist of items to review for your information.
