Office Closure in Observance of Thanksgiving Day

Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

The management office will be closed on Thursday, November 23, 2023, and Friday, November 24, 2023, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. The office will reopen on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.

PARKING PASSES: Please get in touch with the management office for parking passes no later than Wednesday, November 22, 2023, by 3:00 p.m.

YARD WASTE AND ORGANICS PICK-UP: Organics collections will occur (including food scraps and yard trim collections) on Saturday, November 25, 2023. There will be no scheduled bulky trash pick-ups for white goods, appliances, or scrap tires on Friday, November 24, 2023. After the collection is complete, please store your receptacles out of street view as soon as possible. If your pick-up is missed, please get in touch with 311 or submit a complaint electronically at Prince George County Clicks 311 and follow their instructions.

TRASH: If you are hosting a social gathering over the weekend, please be respectful of your neighbors by reminding your guests to use proper trash receptacles when disposing of waste. Keeping Oak Creek clean is everyone’s responsibility.

For assistance with gate access, please have guests enter 0001 at the call box. Homeowners can contact the Access Control team at (301)390-8245 or (301)390-8246 for assistance. Feel free to contact the management team at (301) 390-1721 for any questions.
