Reminder: 2024 Annual Property Inspections, Start April 15, 2024
Hello, Oak Creek Homeowners Association,
It’s that time of year again! 😊
Annual property inspections for 2024 will begin the week of April 15th, starting with the Deer Run Estates Land Bay.
Postcard reminders will be sent out to each community.
As a member of Oak Creek Club, your role is precious in maintaining the community’s overall aesthetics. Property ownership includes the responsibility for the continued maintenance of all structures and grounds that are part of the owner’s home.
Each year at this time, several architectural violations are reported to the HOA. Spring is the perfect time to take a proactive approach to avoid violations. Please be aware that outstanding and repeat violations may result in possible fines. Each home will be inspected in detail for architectural compliance.
