2025 Budget Draft Notification

Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners Association,

Please find attached a copy of the 2025 Budget Draft for the Oak Creek Club membership. According to the governing documents, the Board of Directors is required to adopt a budget within 45 days of the fiscal year. Before adoption, the draft budget must be distributed to the membership at least 30 days before the end of the year to notify the homeowners and allow for a comment period.

The Budget and Finance Committee will meet virtually on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 7:00 PM to review the 2025 Budget draft for the community. Please see the meeting link below. Any budget-related questions can be emailed to manager@oakcreekclub.com.
