Happy New Year! We hope you and your families are doing well. We are pleased to share an important update regarding our management team. Recognizing that some neighbors may already be aware of specific changes while others may be learning of them now, we want to provide everyone with a comprehensive, clear update.
Farewell and Thanks
- Tamika’s Departure
First, we thank Tamika for her years of service to Oak Creek Club. While she is no longer with our management team, we appreciate her contributions and wish her well in her future endeavors.
- Monique’s Departure
We also extend our thanks to Monique, who will transition to a new opportunity within the broader CAMP family after a period of dedicated service. We greatly appreciate her work on behalf of Oak Creek Club and wish her every success in her future role.
Welcome Our New General Manager
- Mr. Femi Aje, PCAM®
We are excited to introduce Femi as Oak Creek Club’s new General Manager.- Extensive Experience: Femi brings many years of success in managing large-scale, common-interest communities and a proven track record of enhancing operations, improving community engagement, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Strong Communicator: His reputation for “good old-fashioned” customer service reflects his focus on resident satisfaction and precise, proactive communication.
- Financial & Operational Expertise: Femi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Maryland, where he was a scholarship recipient for science and technology. His background spans contracting, budgeting, finance, and leadership development.
- Community-Centric Vision: Femi believes in building strong partnerships with Boards, Committees, and residents to ensure the continued growth and well-being of the community.
Introducing Our Assistant General Manager
- Mr. Brandon Butler, CMCA®
Joining Femi, we are also delighted to welcome Brandon Butler, who will serve as Assistant General Manager.- Long-Time CAMP Professional: Brandon has been with CAMP since 2019 and has successfully managed operations for large-scale luxury communities.
- Facilities & Amenities Expertise: He has overseen the upkeep of common areas and amenities, including water features, entry gates, playgrounds, walking trails, courts, and surveillance systems.
- Community & Committee Support: Brandon has worked closely with Boards, guiding volunteers in committee creation, meeting structures, and governance adherence.
- Operational Excellence: Brandon’s background ensures smooth day-to-day management for Oak Creek Club, from coordinating contractor bids to database management and annual meeting preparation.
- Leadership and Training: Brandon has been instrumental in onboarding and training incoming general managers, introducing the administrative position, and integrating new staff to maintain operations.
Covenants Coordinator Continuing
- Ms. Tashawn Andrews
We are pleased to share that Tashawn, our dedicated Covenants Coordinator, will remain on the Oak Creek Club team. Her deep understanding of your community standards and processes ensures continuity and consistency throughout this transition.
