Hello, Oak Creek Club Homeowners Association,

Due to inclement weather conditions, our office will remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7, 2025. All emergency procedures remain in effect, and our team will be fully operational remotely.

Community Update:

• Snowplowing Services: McFall and Berry Snowplows will operate throughout the community to clear roads and maintain safe conditions. Do not be alarmed if the plow makes an initial swipe through the community and departs. They will do this for several other communities and return to ours to keep reducing the accumulation. This practice prevents accumulations from developing beyond the capabilities of local equipment.
• Gate Access: All gates will remain open to facilitate snowplowing operations and will remain open until snowplowing is completed. For Access Control matters, please contact the guards on duty at 301-390-8245.

Safety Recommendations

• Avoid unnecessary travel. If you must travel, plan and allow extra time to reach your destination.
• Keep emergency supplies in your vehicle, including a flashlight, blanket, and water.
• Stay updated with local weather forecasts for any changes to conditions.
