Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,

PARKING PASSES: Please contact the management office for parking passes by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2024.
YARD WASTE AND ORGANICS PICK-UP: Organics collections will occur (including food scraps and yard trim collections) on Monday, December 23, 2024. There will be no change to trash collection on Tuesday, December 26, 2024. All trash and recycling collections for Friday will be collected on Saturday, December 28, 2024. After the collection, please store your receptacles out of street view immediately. If your pick-up is missed, please contact 311 or submit a complaint electronically at Prince George County Clicks 311 and follow their instructions.
TRASH: If you are hosting a social gathering over the holidays, please be respectful of your neighbors by reminding your guests to use proper trash receptacles when disposing of waste. Keeping Oak Creek clean is everyone’s responsibility.
For assistance with gate access, please have guests press the security button at the call box. Homeowners can contact the Access Control team at (301)390-8245 or (301)390-8246 for assistance. Feel free to contact the management team at (301) 390-1721 for any questions.
GATE ACCESS, SPEED & PARKING PROCEDURES: To decrease daily gate damage, homeowners are encouraged to communicate the gate access procedures below to their household members, guests, transportation services, contractors, and delivery drivers.
- The posted speed limit in Oak Creek Club is 20 MPH.
- Tailgating is prohibited at all Oak Creek Club gate entrances.
- All non-residents should enter the community in the 2nd lane marked for visitors. If your guest or vendor needs help with access, they should press the security button at the callbox to contact the guardhouse.
- Residents and guests should allow the gate arm to come down behind the car in front of them before proceeding through the gate. At each entrance, signs are posted stating “One Car Per Gate Arm.” This operation must be followed to ensure the gate has completed the previous gate entry transaction and to avoid vehicle damage. Once the gate opens, please proceed cautiously and do not delay!
- Vehicles should never enter through the exit lane, even if it’s open.
- At the Main Gate on Mary Bowie Parkway, a pressure safety loop opens the 2nd clubhouse gate arm. To ensure you drive over the loop and release the clubhouse gate arm, you must stay to the right side and go 20 MPH. Do not follow vehicles closely. The procedure for this gate entry is also one car per gate arm.
- PARKING: Parking on both sides of the street is prohibited. Please be mindful not to park on your neighbor’s grass and not block the bike lanes and walking trails.
Your cooperation and prompt attention to this community concern will help decrease gate repair expenses and prevent costly vehicle repairs.
Have a happy and safe holiday.
Warm regards,
CAMP Management Team
