Office Closure in Observance of Presidents Day Holiday
Dear Oak Creek Club Homeowners,
On Monday, February 19, 2024, the management office will be closed in observance of Presidents Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, @ 9:00 a.m.
PARKING PASSES: Please contact the management office for parking passes by Friday, February 16, 2024, by 3:00 p.m.
YARD WASTE AND ORGANICS PICK-UP: Organics collections will occur (including food scraps and yard trim collections) on Monday, February 19th, 2024. There will be no scheduled bulky trash pick-ups for white goods, appliances, or scrap tires. After the trash collection is complete, please store your receptacles out of street view as soon as possible. If your pick-up is missed, please contact 311 or submit a complaint electronically at Prince Georges County Clicks 311 and follow their instructions.
TRASH: If you are hosting a social gathering over the weekend, please be respectful of your neighbors by reminding your guests to use proper trash receptacles when disposing of waste. Keeping Oak Creek Clean is everyone’s responsibility.
