Second Reminder: Community Preparation for Gate Access Intercom Upgrades

Good afternoon, Oak Creek Club Homeowners Association,

CAMP Management has been working with Dunbar Security Solutions and Cell Gate to upload the existing homeowner data to the newly approved Cell Gate entry system in preparation for installing the new gate intercom equipment. We are in the final stage of uploading resident information. Homeowner data will be pulled directly from CIRANET. To ensure your contact information is accurate for a smooth access system upgrade transition, please log into Resident Portal (ciranet.com) by 8/26/2024 and confirm your email address and phone number are correct. If you have any questions, please contact the management team at (301) 390-1721 or email manager@oakcreekclub.com. Password resets for CIRANET can be done on the CIRANET site. Stay tuned for future access system upgrade notifications shared through the approved HOA communication vehicles. (i.e. HOA Website, CIRANET, & text alert).
