We would like to inform you of an upcoming public hearing regarding a Basic Plan Amendment to permit an additional 28 dwelling units within the Oak Creek Club Community. The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2025, and will be a continuation of the March 5, 2025, hearing before the Zoning Hearing Examiner.

This meeting is tentatively scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

The Zoning Hearing Examiner will review the proposed amendment and ultimately make a recommendation to the District Council regarding the approval or denial of the amendment.

To ensure transparency, the property has been posted with signage containing additional details about the hearing, including the time and location. We encourage all interested residents to review the signage and attend the hearing to express concerns or support.
